All these attractions are within a 15 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the apartment.

Although tourism has a firm grip on the area, one of Curaçao’s little treasures is hidden here. The Jan Thiel salt pans are a largely untouched area. In the salt pans, flamingos strut about and pelicans preen their feathers undisturbed, while local residents enjoy a stroll or go for a jog.  The salt flats can be explored via a network of hiking trails and bike paths.
