Because there are more apartments on the site the minimum age is 6 years.

The shared pool is filled with natural minerals. Which is very good for the skin.
You can enjoy your cool off, use the lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful landscaped tropical garden. In the garden you will also meet the “house turtle”.

Next to the swimming pool there is a very nice lounge area created. Here is also the barbecue that you can use. There is also an outside toilet and a washing machine for common use.

The apartment features a lovely porch with nice lounge set and ceiling fan. You can open the sliding doors in its entirety so the wind can blow through the apartment and you have a nice spacious living area.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The windows have shutters and screens against mosquitoes.
1 Bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed.
There is a safe available.

In the apartment is 110 and 220 volts present and it has very good internet.
