Villa 388 Jan Thiel – Marbella Estate is a modern 6 person villa fully equipped at the marbella resort Jan Thiel. Marbella Estate is in the popular area of Jan Thiel. You have access to the park through an electric gate. There is also a communal swimming pool with children’s pool (25x5m). With a few minutes drive you are already on the Jan Thiel beach with various restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ample closet space.
The villa has a stylish living room with a nice kitchen that also has an adjoining bar. In the living room you will also find a smart TV and sonos system. From the terrace you walk to the backyard with a large swimming pool.
Around the pool you have 6 sun loungers and on the terrace you will find plenty of shade and you have a lovely lounge sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs. Here you can enjoy a BBQ in the beautifully lit tropical garden and swimming pool. There is a safe and you can park your rental car in the yard.

Lovely quiet villa with a large swimming pool. Location is perfect: close to supermarkets, Jan Thiel beach, salt pans and Willemstad. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Wifi and air conditioning work fine and the villa has wonderful beds.
