In the luxurious villa area of Vista Royal you’ll find just 800 metres away from the Jan Thiel Bay this beautiful holiday villa. The villa is located high, is very good on the wind and has beautiful views.
- Minimum rental period during Christmas is 14 nights

The villa is situated on a plot of 1000 m2 and is totally fenced. The living room has high ceilings and doors opening onto the covered porch.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking island with 5 burner gas stove and an oven/microwave.
Through French doors you also enter from the kitchen the covered porch. There is also a separate guest toilet.
On the ground floor the villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in-closet and a private bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The master bedroom and a second bedroom have French doors to the swimming pool.
The lovely private pool has a spacious pool deck with beach beds, a palapa with a sitting area, outside shower, and a wide view.
Via the electric gate you reach the villa where you can park your car on the private plot.
