Adjacent is the sun terrace. From the sun terrace you can take the stairs down to the swimming pool.

On the ground floor there are 4 beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning, private refrigerator, bathroom en-suite and walk-in closet.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 children’s room with bunk bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a separate tv room and an open outdoor room with a pool table. Also from here, the swimming pool is accessible.

There is a covered parking place which can accommodate 2 cars. The house is equipped with an alarm system.
