Modern 6-person villa fully equipped at marbella Estate resort Jan Thiel.
In a few minutes drive you are already on the Jan Thiel beach with various restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

The villa has a spacious living room with tv HK1 Android Box. The kitchen is connected to the terrace next to the house which is well on the wind.
From the terrace you walk to the private backyard with large swimming pool (4 x 6.50 and 1.55 deep).
The pool has a sofa where you can chill.
You have 4 sun loungers and 2 comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.
There is a children’s gate which you can close the porch with a walkway towards the pool.

Under the palapa you will find plenty of shade and there is also a dining table with 6 chairs. Here you can enjoy a bbq in the beautiful illuminated tropical garden and swimming pool.
