The villa is built on a hill and located conveniently on the wind, so pleasant to stay on the porch and in the house!

The upper floor of the villa features a large open living room, a comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD and stereo. In the living room there is also a large dining table with seating for 12 people and half open, well-equipped kitchen with American fridge complete with ice cubes and cold water.

The living room adjoins a 16 meters long porch with comfortable lounge set where you can relax in the shade, day and night on the tropical Curaçao. The view of the Table Mountain and the Spanish Water is really spectacular.

The upper level also has two bathrooms and three large double bedrooms with hotel quality beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and double bed, the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds which can be placed apart. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The two large bathrooms have hot and cold water, shower, toilet and ample storage space.

On the ground floor, next to a large indoor garage you will find an apartment with two bedrooms.
The apartment has a living room with well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting area with TV and dining area. Both bedrooms are each equipped with two hotel-quality beds and air conditioning. There is also a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a private terrace with garden furniture. In the basement is the laundry room where you can use the washing machine.

The house can be used as one in total, but also as two holiday houses separated and closed from each other. The house is built like this that the privacy of both floors is guaranteed.

The swimming pool is on an intermediate floor between the two floors. Both floors have their own access to the pool. Especially for children the pool can be properly closed.
