This spectacular oceanfront penthouse is located at a resort a few minutes from Jan Thiel. Because of its unique location it provides a great panoramic view.
- Minimum rental period during Christmas is 10 nights
The penthouse has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely king size double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and adjacent a fine bathroom. The master bedroom has a very generous bathroom!
The kitchen is fully furnished and also borders the balcony, giving you, while cooking, beautiful views.
The penthouse is located on the Caracasbaai where you can snorkel beautifully and enjoy the underwater world with its beautiful reefs, fish and corals.
A few minutes by car you will find the trendy beach clubs of Zanzibar and Papagayo, several restaurants, a casino, a spa and the supermarket.
There is also an elevator in the building.
This apartment is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. This related to safety. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor.
