Through the large glass sliding doors you enter the large living room with an open kitchen with a large cooking island. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, of course there is a Nespresso machine.

The spacious and attractively furnished living room also has a dining table so you can eat indoors. The living room has a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and of course free WIFI is available throughout the house and outside on the terrace.

The spacious bedrooms all have their own full bathroom. The bedrooms also have sufficient cupboard space.

PLEASE NOTE: from 2025 the villa will have a second floor with a complete apartment. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with complete bathrooms en suite, a living room with open kitchen, a large semi-covered terrace of 14×4 meters incl. swimming pool and super view of the area with sea view.

This villa is suitable for a group of 14 people from December 2024, both accommodations can also be rented separately.
