This villa is a luxurious and atmospheric accommodation consisting out of a large holiday home for a maximum of 8 guests and an apartment that serves as a guesthouse for another 4 guests. This is an atmospheric accommodation where you will quickly feel at home.
The main building has being built as a modern tropical house and is therefore nice and cool and has a large porch, which provides for a comfortable large lounge- and dinner area.
Directly located to the porch you will find a large swimming pool (9m x 5m) which is available for all the guests.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the guesthouse has its own kitchen at the porch-side, 1 bedroom + a generous vide for 2 persons and 1 bathroom.
In total there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with two one person boxspring beds, the guesthouse has a double bedroom and a generous vide also with two one person boxspring beds.
The main building and the guesthouse are separated from each other, built on high ground to have the maximum exposure to the always blowing refreshing winds from the sea, in an urban area, called Bottelier.
Pool safety for children: There is a partition between the porch and the pool an opening of 50 cm filled with pebbles, and a portable fence between porch and pool deck to protect the little ones.
Also there may be a similar fence be placed for the stairs at the entrance.
There may also be placed a poolline that shallow with the deeper end of the pool.

The space around the house. We could always find a spot on the wind. The house is spacious and fully equipped.
Enough space for everybody to have their own privacy. The separate laundry room with high quality equipment.
