This special villa consists of 2 units which are connected by a walkway which is covered with a tropical palapa. As a result, there is a courtyard with lots of privacy, where it is great to relax in the private swimming pool with sunbeds, under the outdoor shower, at the pool bar or in the secluded lounge. In addition to the 2 units on the first floor, there is on the ground floor a guesthouse.

The living area is in the 1st unit on the floor with a spacious veranda with sea view.

Unit 1 has a spacious living room with flat screen TV/DVD/WiFi. There is an open kitchen which is provided with: combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, espresso machine. There is a separate toilet, a storage room and a large veranda with a wonderful lounge set and dining table for 10 people.

By crossing the footbridge you get to Unit 2. Here are the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room which is equipped with washing machine, dryer, Iron/Ironing Board and safe.

The guesthouse is located on the ground floor, it has 1 bedroom and a living/bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. This space is also equipped with air-conditioning. There is also a private terrace. The guesthouse remains closed at a company up to 6 people.

The house has an alarm system and you can use, for free, the 2 golf sets, belonging to the house.
The swimming pool is chlorine-poor and has a saltwater utility!
