This luxury villa is suitable for up to 8 people. The house is 330m2, fully furnished and equipped with all comforts and equipment to enjoy your holiday. The pool and the villa are fully accessible and completely private.

Through the front door you enter a wide hallway with skylights where the bedrooms are located. All bedrooms are accessible through large sliding glass doors. There are in total 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms is a studio with kitchen. The studio can be rented separately but never be rented out by other people. Otherwise it stays closed.

All beds are 1.80 meters wide.

At the end of the corridor you end up in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, (steam) oven, microwave and a built-in coffee machine.

Next to the kitchen is extra storage space with washing machine. In the living room is a large smart TV to watch films and series on Netflix (no local TV channels) and the entire villa is also equipped with a Sonos sound system.

On both sides of the living room the large sliding glass doors can be fully opened. At the rear is a large dining table on the hardwood deck, at the front you can relax on the sunbeds or in the pool. The pool (10 x 3,5) also has a shallow area, ideal for our youngest guests.

The upper floor is an extra open living room with beautiful views to the sea. Sit back, have a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! There you also find a kitchenette, guest toilet and your own gym!

The garage is also at your disposal and you can park 2 cars.

The villa is also equipped with an alarm system which is switched to the security.
