The villa is highly located so you have a fantastic sea view.
The villa is modern and luxurious, the perfect accommodation for a wonderful holiday.

The spacious porch (125 m2) which is partly covered to stay in the shade. Around the swimming pool of 7 x 3 meter you find luxurious sunbeds. The pool is a saltwater pool (no chlorine).

From the porch, through the double doors you enter the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen has a cooking island with bar, oven, dishwasher, luxury American fridge and microwave. The living room has a smart TV with all TV channels and Fox and Netflix.

The villa has three bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet.

You can also use the washing machine and dryer for free located on the ground floor. There is also an ironing opportunity.

Your rental car(s) can be parked behind the sliding gate and the villa has an alarm system.
